I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, close to all the fantastic museums in London and right near the tube station. The rooms were exactly like the pictures - clean, comfortable, and thankfully with a window that avoided that claustrophobic feeling. The service was top-notch, truly great service. However, the dining experience only offered sashimi, which may not suit everyone's tastes. Overall, a wonderful spot right in the center of London near all the shops.
